What does the corporate programme offer?
- Transfer credit: books of 10, 25 or 50; unused coupons stay valid for 12 months.
- One monthly invoice: all trips are reported with a reference code and split by department and project.
- Prioritisation: a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle is assigned for executives and VIP passengers.
- Multilingual support: a Turkish and English 24/7 operations line.
Reporting
At the end of each month the date, route, passenger, cost and delay data of trips is shared in Excel format. Delay and complaint rates are summarised on a separate sheet for internal audit.
Contract and payment
