The first condition of trust in passenger transport is legal compliance. All Havaray Transfer activity is carried out with documents in line with the relevant legislation.
Operating licences
- Tourism transport operating licence (D2): valid for every vehicle in our fleet, with licence details shown in the booking confirmation.
- TÜRSAB membership: we operate under a travel agency guarantee.
- Passenger notification: trips are notified to the UETDS system.
Insurance
In addition to compulsory traffic insurance we carry seat personal accident cover and voluntary third-party liability insurance. Document summaries are under Tariffs and Documents.
Chauffeur standards
- Five-year criminal record and traffic fine checks
- SRC certificate and regular psychotechnical report
- First-aid and defensive driving training, renewed annually
- An English assessment of at least B1 level
Vehicle safety
Every vehicle undergoes a weekly technical check; tyre, brake and fire extinguisher records are kept digitally. The GPS tracking system instantly reports speed and route violations to the operations centre. Passengers can follow the vehicle's live location with their booking code.
Data and passenger safety
Passenger information is not shared with third parties except for legal requirements such as UETDS notification. Our chauffeurs see passenger information only for the duration of the trip; access closes automatically when the trip ends. Passengers can share live location with relatives to report their journey.
