As Havaray Tourism Transport Ltd. (the "Company") we are the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice concerns personal data processed during transfer booking and contact.
Data processed
Name, phone, email, flight number and time, pick-up and drop-off addresses, number of passengers, payment details, in-vehicle GPS location records and communication records.
Purposes and legal bases
- Forming and performing the contract of carriage
- Legal obligations such as notifying passenger information to UETDS
- Flight tracking, meet-and-greet coordination and operational safety
- Satisfaction surveys and information (legitimate interest; explicit consent for marketing messages)
Transfers and retention
Data is shared only with the assigned chauffeur, payment institutions, authorised public bodies and IT providers we use. Carriage records are kept for 10 years under tax legislation and GPS records for 6 months.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Send requests in writing to rezervasyon@havaraytransfer.com.
Data security
Your personal data is stored in access-restricted systems over encrypted connections. Payment card details are not stored by the Company; they are processed only through a licensed payment institution. In the event of a data breach the Personal Data Protection Board and the people affected are notified within 72 hours.
