The summary below shows what to expect before you book your transfer. The terms in the confirmation email and e-invoice are binding.
Waiting times
- Airport meet and greet: 60 minutes from the flight's landing time are free; if the flight is delayed the time is updated automatically.
- Address pick-up: 15 minutes free, then 150-300 TRY per 15 minutes depending on the vehicle class.
Cancellation and changes
- 24 hours or more before the transfer time: the full prepayment is refunded.
- Between 24 and 6 hours: 50% of the prepayment is refunded.
- Within 6 hours or a no-show: no refund.
- Changes to time, address or flight are free up to 6 hours before.
Luggage
One large suitcase and one cabin bag per passenger are included in the price. Extra luggage, sports equipment, bicycles and prams must be notified in advance; a higher-class vehicle is assigned if necessary.
Child seats
Infant seats for ages 0-4 and booster seats for ages 4-12 are 150 TRY per vehicle on request. By law children under 135 cm are carried in a suitable seat.
Payment
20% of the total is taken online at booking; the balance is paid in the vehicle by credit card, cash (TRY, EUR, USD) or corporate invoice. Prices include VAT.
Complaints and feedback
You can report complaints about the service with your booking code to the 24/7 operations line or by email. Each submission is answered within 24 hours and the resolution time is at most seven working days. The results of our satisfaction survey are shared with our team monthly.
