Planning process

Ten days before the event the guest list, hotel and flight information are shared. Our operations team prepares a time plan for each vehicle, briefs the chauffeurs and coordinates live through a WhatsApp group on the day.

Pricing

Event transfers are priced on hourly hire according to the number of vehicles and total duration. For events of 50 passengers or more, a written quote and corporate invoice are issued.

A sample operation

For a 120-person congress, six minibuses and two midibuses run a hotel-to-venue shuttle every 15 minutes, with the first trip at 07:30 and the last at 23:30. Your event coordinator can follow it live in the WhatsApp group.

Frequently asked questions

Are bridges, motorways and parking included in the price?

Yes. Bridge and motorway tolls, airport parking and VAT are included. No other charge arises beyond the amount you see at booking; only services you choose such as the night surcharge, child seat and extra stop are added.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your flight number is tracked live and the meeting time updates automatically. Waiting for 60 minutes after landing is free; if the flight is cancelled we reschedule the transfer free of charge.

How will I find the chauffeur at the airport?

The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a board bearing your name. He messages you 15 minutes before landing and you can also reach him by phone after passport control. The meeting point for each airport is shown on our meeting points page.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes. Infant seats for ages 0-4 and booster seats for ages 4-12 are 150 TRY per direction on request. Just state the number and the children's ages in the booking form.

How can I pay?

At booking you pay 20% of the total online by card. The balance is paid in the vehicle by credit card, cash (TRY, EUR, USD) or corporate invoice. All amounts include VAT and an e-invoice is issued.
